The Secret Servants Puppet Team and the
Undignified Society Clown Team are active ministries of Cathedral of the Cross
- an Assembly of God Church in Birmingham, Alabama.
The Secret Servants Puppet Team has been active since November 2001. The
Undignified Society Clown Team became active in January of 2003. Both ministry teams consist of
members ranging in age from pre-teen to adults.
Working together or as separate teams, the puppet and clown ministry team desires to...
Share the gospel of Jesus Christ to those who do not know Jesus.
Encourage Christians who have a relationship with Jesus Christ to continue to grow in love of Him through the Word, prayer,
and sharing the love of Jesus to others.
Provide opportunities for the members of the teams to practice the Great Commission, Matthew 28: 19-20.
Both ministry teams welcome opportunities to share the Gospel through puppetry and
clowning. Original theme programs are pre-recorded and include up-beat Christian music and lively skits. Programs are designed
to appeal to the whole family and are generally 20 to 55 minutes in length depending on the need. Out-reach events are
enhanced with the ability of these programs to draw audiences of all ages. Church services are broadened with the ability
of these programs to present a unique illustrated sermon.
