Evangelism

The puppet and clown team has had many opportunities to present one of their two 50 minute programs for the morning or evening services at various churches. In 2003 and 2004, the team toured with the program "Tuned IN." In this program, Doc Hartman is the DJ on WORD 95 FM radio and leads the audience to examine the spiritual condition of their hearts. The radio station plays Christian parodies to popular songs to help listeners understand the condition of their heart and to take appropriate action. In 2005 and 2006, the team is touring with the program "God's Galaxy of Love." The tour guide to the space galaxy is Bernie Bright. Through skits and songs, Bernie leads the audience to understand more about God's love by first showing how the world views love, and then we are guided to see a grand view of God's love, and finally what we are commanded to do with God's love.
Shown below are just some of the churches that have hosted one or more of our puppet and clown ministry programs.

Children's Christmas Program

Each year since 1997, the puppets have been asked to participate in the annual children's Christmas program at Cathedral of the Cross Church. And for several of those years, the clowns too have had a special part in the Christmas presentation.

Mission Banquet for the Assemblies of God District Council

In April of 2005, the puppet team was asked to supply some mission minded entertainment to the annual mission banquet for the District Council of the Assemblies of God Churches. The puppet team performed an original piece entitled, "Don't Lose Your Wing Feathers." Along with the puppet performance, several members of the clown team participated with a youth mission team in performing a human video in Spanish.
